For items available in our store, we will process orders within 24 to 72 business hours.
Delivery times then vary from 2 to 5 business days depending on the destination and shipping method chosen.
For items available from our US warehouse, we will contact you by phone or email to inform you of processing and delivery times.
Please note that Wind Spirit is not responsible for unclaimed, stolen, or lost packages, or for reshipping or return shipping costs.
Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Wind Spirit is not responsible for delivery delays once the package has left our premises.
In-store pickup
Wind Spirit also offers in-store pickup. This service is free. In-store pickup can take 1 to 3 business days. We will contact you by phone or email to let you know when your order is ready for pickup.
