Severne Fury 2027 -

The Fury exists for one reason: speed records.

Years of R&D with Cedric Bordes, and recently with Antoine Albeau have produced a board that makes going fast easier. Bordes set the open ocean 500m world record at 47.62 knots during the 2025 Prince of Speed in La Palme. Albeau claimed fastest man at the 2025 Lüderitz Speed Challenge. This is the gear they used to get there.

Paired with the new Monster speed sail, the Fury is SEVERNE’s complete speed package. No more cobbling together gear from different brands. Board and sail engineered as one system. Rig it, launch it, focus on the run.

The bullet profile cuts through apparent wind. Extended length locks in tracking through rough water. A recessed deck generates downforce from the rig, keeping the nose pinned when you push it.

The vee-to-flat double concave gives you lateral grip on narrow widths without losing acceleration. Cutaway sections reduce wet surface so the board releases earlier and carries speed.

You stay planted. You go faster. With less effort.

The Fury removes the guesswork. Ergonomic foot pads reduce fatigue during extended sessions. CNC construction with carbon fiber layup delivers the stiffness that turns your input into speed. Every size is ready to perform out of the box.

Key Features and Design
  • Collaborative Development: Built in direct collaboration with speed legends Antoine Albeau (who hit 52.25 knots in Lüderitz) and Cedric Bordes (who reached 47.62 knots at the Prince of Speed).
  • Bullet Profile & Outline: Designed to cut efficiently through apparent wind and maintain a locked-in, stable track even in rough water.
  • Recessed Deck: Generates extra downforce from the rig to help keep the nose pinned down when bearing away at top speed.
  • Bottom Shape: Features a vee-to-flat double concave bottom configuration to supply strong lateral grip on narrow widths without sacrificing acceleration.
  • Cutaway Tail Sections: Reduces wetted surface area so the board releases early and carries high-end momentum with less physical effort.
  • Construction: CNC construction paired with a carbon fiber layup for high-input stiffness and speed transfer.
  • Sizing: Available across 4 board sizes as part of the speed line (paired with 5 size options for the Monster sail). SIZES: 42 / 45 / 49 / 55
