The Compact Vogue takes everything you love about the Vogue, our flagship wave sail, and makes it compact. Control and incredible handling, but in a sail that fits in a back pack. For Y26 we modified the sizes and improved the performance of the sails on standard masts, allowing for easier integration into already existing sails quivers. We also improved the durability of the batten connection system, using a Kevlar reinforcement patch at the join to reduce abrasion during storage. The Compact Vogue is equally suited to the adventurous ones searching new spots, as to the enthusiast who lacks space. No performance compromises, just convenience.

• Optimised sail geometry for more support in the top half of the sail, more reaction in the lower part of the sail and better control at the high end.

• Modified sizing, adding a NEW 5.0 size, whilst reworking the smaller sizes to give a range of 3.7, 4.1, 4.6, 5.0 and 5.3, for easy integration into existing quivers

• Quick release Compact Series batten tensioner to speed up rigging and derigging.

• Kevlar reinforced anti stretch seams incorporated into the batten pocket construction

• Diagonal Kevlar load bearing seams to control Dacron stretch in the main power zone

TECHNOLOGY

The sails are carefully designed to fold in half for ultra portability (A). Our unique batten system allows quick release of the tension (B) and a split in the centre allows for easy folding (C). A Dacron strip running now the middle of the sail gives a heavy duty folding section (D), allowing the sail to fold and roll and pack up half the size (E). Each backpack can fit up to 3 sails inside.
